Summary of the Role: The role of Partnership Manager plays a crucial role in aligning TTS's educational resources school groups and Early Years chains. This position demands a balance between educational understanding and driving commercial success, focusing on creating customer specific action plans for revenue growth.

Responsibilities

 

  1. Analyse educational and commercial goals, creating tailored action plans that align TTS resources with these priorities.
  2. Establish strategic partnerships, focusing on long-term educational impact and commercial success.
  3. Drive revenue growth through customised educational solutions that meet the learning and financial objectives of the school groups and their schools or settings.
  4. Regularly assess the educational and commercial impact of strategies implemented.
  5. Support communication initiatives that take place between the school groups and their constituents, describing and promoting the custom TTS relationship. 
  6. Stay informed on market trends in education and identify opportunities for commercial expansion.
  7. Ensure customer satisfaction through effective solutions, contributing to repeat business and sustained revenue growth.
  8. Plan and forecast commercial development of their territory on an account-specific basis.

Experience

 

  • Expertise in educational systems and curriculum alignment.
  • Proven track record in driving commercial success in an educational context.
  • Strategic thinking with focus on educational and financial outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Background in business development or education, emphasising commercial targets.
